Medical Services Policy
We are committed to our patients care and well-being. The time that is created for your visit is our continued commitment to you. We require no less than a 24 hour notice of cancellation and reserve the right to bill you for late and No-shows at the cost of $55.
We will bill your insurance as a courtesy for you. It is your responsibility to pay your copay and any portion of the balance that your insurance does not cover. After 60 days, if your insurance has not paid, full payment will be expected by you.

Please come to your visit 20 minutes early if you have not pre-filled out the necessary forms for your visit.
All aesthetic procedures are to be paid at the time of services.
Spa Services Policy
Please arrive on time so the day can progress smoothly for other clients.
Late arrivals may result in shorter sessions at full original price.
For parties of 3 or more in our spa or for special events where the spa is reserved exclusively for your party, the Center requires a non-refundable payment of 50% down no later than one week prior to the day of services.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour notice and reserve the right to bill you for late notice or no-shows at the full rate of the services requested.
A credit card is necessary to hold an appointment space for services in our day spa.
Emergency cancellations and no-show or late show charges will be decided at the practitioner’s discretion.
